Radipole Manor boasts having so much included for one fantastic price! Here we have a detailed list of everything that is included with your booking of our stunning venue. We aim to tick the vast majority of items off your wedding list all with one price and no hidden costs (Except for drinks packages which can be found at the bottom of the list) and catering which can be found on our menus page.

VENUE
A unique venue in the heart of Weymouth with large grounds and a stunning veranda.
Two Licenced Function Rooms:
- The Billiards Room (Holds up to 90 Guests)
- The Orangery Suite (Holds up to 80 Guests)
One room will be laid out for the ceremony, while the other will be laid out for your wedding breakfast. The ceremony room will be flipped over for the evening reception disco.
BRIDAL SUITE
Our bridal suite boasts a 4 poster bed for your nights stay. Plus a huge changing room for all of your Bridal party.

Our bridal suite has a stunning balcony which leads out at the centre of the house. Perfect for photos or catching a morning few rays on the morning after.

The bar is provided within the Drawing Room where we have entertaining retro arcade machines and sofas for your guests to relax during transition periods.
Depending on guests numbers we provide:

With a fantastic bottle range, spirits, wines and soft drinks.
All alcohol licencing is covered by ourselves. No outside drinks are permitted without prior consent.

EVENING DISCO
Included in the price is our disco. Providing you with entertainment the moment from the moment your evening guests arrive until midnight!
Using a top of the range RCF sound system, your guests can enjoy fantastic sound quality. We also have a range of lights including moonflower and scanners.
TOASTMASTER/ MASTER OF CEREMONIES
A little surprise for your guests will be a fantastic toastmaster who will be available all the way until your first dance to make all announcements.
Having a toastmaster makes the day run extremely smoothly. Even at the most relaxed of weddings, having a toastmaster just adds that extra touch.
OTHER BITS THAT ARE INCLUDED
OUTDOOR BAR (If Required) - The outdoor bar is there to serve gin and rum. We add shots for the evening. Perfect for single transactions if you don't want to travel far from enjoying the sunshine. For larger events we can provide a full bottle bar on the veranda. These bars are weather permitting, we may have to shut the bar should it start raining.
TABLE GLASSWARE & NAPKINS - All table glassware and napkins are included within the price. (Crockery and plates are provided by our contracted catering company. Please contact them for a quote.
BAR'S BACK BAR - On the "back bar" of the main bar we will light it up to a colour matching your colour scheme. We have a comprehensive range of spirits from budget lines to premium lines such as Slingsby and Weymouth Gin.
GLASS OF FIZZ - The newly weds receive a glass of fizz after they are married and waiting to enter the wedding breakfast.
RETRO ARCADE MACHINES - Our retro arcade games can be found in the Drawing room to provide additional entertainment for your guests. They are free play, perfect for keeping both children and adults entertained.
With hire of the venue we keep the other costs to a minimum and for piece of mind here are the prices to create a drinks package:
Pimms - £2.00 Per Glass +VAT
Prosecco - £2.50 Per Glass (£15 Per Bottle When Placed On Table) +VAT
Table Wine - £12.50 Per Bottle +VAT
Wine Corkage - £5.00 Per Bottle +VAT
These prices are set to change on a yearly basis. These are the current prices as an example. Drinks packages will be charged upon the final balance invoice, 8 weeks prior.
BOOKING
£500 security deposit which is additional to the balance but returned after your wedding after a damage inspection. We also ask for an addition £500 which comes off the balance. Totalling a deposit of £1000.
Please note there are continuing building works taking place at Radipole Manor within parking areas as the owners enhance the site for the future with no time scale to completion. It does not affect the wedding day itself. Get booking today, once all building is complete on site the price will increase by a large margin.
